1.出荷スケジュール

通常商品の出荷は、オーダー確定後 3営業日以内 に発送いたします。
出荷業務は 営業日のみ の対応です。(土日祝日は出荷業務を行いません。)

予約商品に関しは商品ページの記載納期を参照お願い致します。

2.大型連休時の対応

大型連休の際は、別途出荷スケジュールをご案内いたします。
余裕をもってご注文いただけますよう、お願いいたします。

■ご注文時のご注意点


1.注文ごとの個別発送

複数回ご注文いただいた場合、各注文ごとに発送いたします。


2.納期の異なる商品のご注文

在庫商品と予約商品の納期が異なる場合、すべての商品の発送準備が整ってからまとめて発送することがあります。


3.早い発送をご希望の場合

在庫商品や納期の早い商品をすぐに受け取りたい場合は、予約商品と別々にご注文ください。

 

■配送に関するご注意点


1.再発送について:

住所不明、長期不在などの理由による再発送はお受けできません。
この場合、往復の送料や代引き手数料などはお客様のご負担となります。


2.登録住所について

ご注文者様の登録住所が個人を特定できない場合(例: 会社や倉庫宛)、商品の発送をお断りする場合がございます。
正確な住所をご登録いただきますよう、予めご了承ください。


International Shipping & Customs Information

Shipping Method

International orders are shipped primarily via DHL.
In limited cases, EMS may be used depending on the destination country or shipping conditions.

We select DHL as our main carrier to ensure faster delivery, reliable tracking, and secure handling for international shipments.


Shipping Schedule

Orders for regular items are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping operations are handled on business days only (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on each product page.

During extended holiday periods (such as Golden Week or the New Year holidays), a separate shipping schedule will be announced.
We kindly recommend placing orders with sufficient time allowance.


Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other import-related taxes may be applied in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All applicable import charges will be assessed and collected directly by the courier (such as DHL) upon delivery or prior to delivery clearance.


Important Notice Regarding DHL Shipments

Please note that shipments sent via DHL are almost always subject to customs duties and VAT.

DHL clears shipments through customs quickly and accurately, which means import charges are typically assessed without exception.
This is a standard procedure and not an error or overcharge by DHL or our store.


For EU Customers

For shipments to EU countries, import charges generally consist of:

  • VAT (approximately 20–21% depending on the country)

  • Customs duties for apparel products (often around 10–12%)

  • Carrier handling and customs clearance fees

As a result, total import charges may amount to approximately 30–50% of the item price, depending on the destination country, shipping method, and local regulations.

We strongly recommend that EU customers take this into consideration before placing an order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and total shipment weight.


Order Notes
  • Orders placed separately will be shipped individually per order.

  • If in-stock items and pre-order items are purchased together, the order may be shipped only after all items are ready.

  • If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order items.


Delivery & Address Policy

We are unable to re-ship items returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or prolonged absence.
In such cases, all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges will be borne by the customer.

If the registered shipping address does not clearly identify an individual (for example, company addresses, warehouses, or forwarding services), we may refuse shipment.
Please ensure that a complete and accurate personal address is provided.
