【キャンセル・返品・交換について】
1.返品、交換について
お客様のお申込の撤回、返品、交換については一切できません。但し、本商品に不備初期不良や注文内容と異なった商品が届いた場合で、商品到着後5日以内にご連絡を戴いた限りにおいて返品もしくは交換を承ります。(日数が5日以上経った商品に関しては返品交換をお断りする場合がございます。)
なお、既に使用済みの場合、タグや付属品等がない場合、弊社オンライストア以外でご購入された商品、その他当社が返品もしくは交換が不相当と判断した場合には返品及び交換には応じることができません。
2.商品返品時の注意事項
配送伝票の控えは返金完了まで必ず保管してください。
普通郵便などの配送伝票の控えが残らない返送方法は、トラブル防止のためご遠慮ください。
付属品等も商品の一部ですので、靴箱や商品のパッケージに直接発送伝票を貼って返送された場合、返品はお受けいたしかねます。
その際はお手数ですが明細書に記載の”オーダー番号”を明記の上「remireliefonline@gmail.com」までご連絡を頂き、内容確認後に下記住所まで”着払い”でお送り下さい。

3.返金期間
返金は、返送された商品が到着後7営業日以内に支払い方法に応じて行います。
【返品特約】
1.の返品理由であっても、以下条件に当てはまる場合は返品・交換をお受けすることができません。
- 商品到着後5日間を経過している商品
- 弊社オンライストアで購入されたことを確認できない商品
- 一度ご使用になられた商品や、洗濯・お直しされた商品
- お客様のもとでのニオイの付着、キズや汚れが生じた商品
- 付属品・商品パッケージ（袋・ケース・靴箱など）の紛失、破損してしまった商品
- 納品書・商品タグ・ラベルを紛失された商品
- 下着・水着・化粧品等の衛生商品、福袋・セール商品・アウトレット商品・受注予約商品である場合
- 在庫が無い商品（その場合は返金処理となります）
4.クーリングオフについて
「クーリングオフ」は、訪問販売に適用される制度です。通信販売にはクーリングオフの適用は義務付けられておりません。当インターネット通販は、お客様からアクセスをいただく通信販売の為、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。あらかじめご了承ください。

(1) Returns and Exchanges However, we will accept returns or exchanges in the event that the product is incomplete, defective, or different from the contents of the order, as long as you contact us within 5 days of receipt of the product. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the product has already been used, if the tags or accessories are missing, if the product was purchased outside of our online store, or if we otherwise deem the product inappropriate for return or exchange.
Please note the following when returning merchandise
Please keep a copy of the shipping slip until the refund is completed.
Please do not send the item back by regular mail or any other method that does not leave a copy of the shipping slip to prevent any problems.
If you return the item with the shipping slip attached directly to the shoe box or package, we will not be able to accept the return.
In such cases, please contact us at "remireliefonline@gmail.com" with the "order number" on the itemized invoice, and after confirming the contents, please send the item to the following address "Pay-on-Delivery Please send the item(s) to the following address by "Pay-on-Delivery" after confirming the contents of the order.

(3) Refund period
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, depending on the payment method.
(2) Return policy
(1) Even if the reason for return is as stated in (1) above, REMI RELIEF will not accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.
Products that have been received within 5 days of delivery.
Products that cannot be confirmed to have been purchased from our online store
Merchandise that has been used, washed, or altered
Products that have smells, scratches, or stains caused by the customer
Merchandise with missing or damaged accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.)
Merchandise with lost delivery note, product tag, or label
Hygienic products such as underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, etc., grab bags, sale items, outlet products, and pre-ordered items
Merchandise that is out of stock (in such cases, a refund will be processed)
⑷About "cooling-off
Cooling-off" is a system applicable to door-to-door sales. Cooling-off is not obligatory for mail order sales. Since our Internet shopping site is a mail order service accessed by customers, the "cooling-off" system does not apply. Please understand this in advance.
