90年代のレギュラー古着と同じ雰囲気を纏わせたREMI RELIEFの新しいTシャツシリーズ。
BIGサイズシリーズはよりストリートやスケートをイメージして程よく肩が落ちるサイズ感で製作しています。
また、SP加工によってコシの抜けた古着のような雰囲気を持ちながら、しっかりとした中に体に馴染む着心地を再現しています。
初めて着用した時から長年愛用していたようなこなれた雰囲気で様々なスタイリングにマッチするアイテムです。 

【PROCESSING】

SP加工とは（スペシャル加工）
1930年代から60年代後半のスウェットは主に直接染料と硫化染料が使われていました。
古着の退色する原理として考えられるのは空気中の酸素と染料を留めているアミノ酸が酸化結合して加水分解を起こし、炭素になり朽ち果てる工程だと考えられます。
REMI RELIEFのSP加工はこの自然の原理を再現して、昔ながらの直接染料を使い酸素と結合させて、ゆっくりと長時間かけて染料を退色させています。ボディもそれなりのダメージをおいますが、薬品を入れたりバイオによる生地を無理に融かしたりするような加工とは違い、古着本来の経年によるダメージにもっとも近い雰囲気で、着続けていくほどに本当の古着と見分けがつかなくなるよう自然な加工を施しています。

通常商品の出荷は、オーダー確定後 3営業日以内 に発送いたします。
出荷業務は 営業日のみ の対応です。（土日祝日は出荷業務を行いません。）

2.大型連休時の対応

大型連休の際は、別途出荷スケジュールをご案内いたします。

International Shipping & Customs Information

Shipping Method

International orders are shipped primarily via DHL.

In limited cases, EMS may be used depending on the destination country, shipping conditions, and customs procedures.

We select DHL as our main carrier to ensure faster delivery, reliable tracking, and secure handling for international shipments.

Shipping Schedule

Orders for regular items are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping operations are handled on business days only, excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays.

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on each product page.

If in-stock items and pre-order items are purchased together in the same order, the order may be shipped only after all items are ready.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order items.

During extended holiday periods, such as Golden Week or the New Year holidays, a separate shipping schedule will be announced.

We kindly recommend placing orders with sufficient time allowance.

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other import-related charges may be applied in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All applicable import charges will be assessed by the customs authorities of the destination country and may be collected directly by the courier, such as DHL, upon delivery or prior to delivery clearance.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not controlled by our store or the shipping carrier.

Important Notice Regarding DHL Shipments

DHL usually clears shipments quickly and accurately, and import charges may be assessed in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country.

The amount of import charges may vary depending on the destination country, item category, declared value, country of origin, and local regulations.

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or customs clearance fees charged upon import are not an error or overcharge by DHL or our store.

For U.S. Customers

Please be aware that, due to recent changes to U.S. customs regulations, low-value shipments may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Even if the order value is below USD 800, import charges may still apply.

We strongly recommend that U.S. customers take this into consideration before placing an order.

For EU Customers

For shipments to EU countries, import charges generally consist of:

VAT, which is approximately 20–21% depending on the country.

Customs duties for apparel products, which are often around 10–12%.

Carrier handling and customs clearance fees.

As a result, total import charges may amount to approximately 30–50% of the item price, depending on the destination country, shipping method, item category, declared value, and local regulations.

We strongly recommend that EU customers take this into consideration before placing an order.

Regarding EMS Shipments

EMS may be available for certain destinations upon request.

However, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees may still apply even when EMS is used.

Please note that EMS delivery may take longer than DHL, and tracking or customs clearance updates may be less detailed depending on the destination country.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total shipment weight.

Order Notes

Orders placed separately will be shipped individually per order.

We are unable to combine separately placed orders after they have been completed.

If in-stock items and pre-order items are purchased together, the order may be shipped only after all items are ready.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order items.

Delivery & Address Policy

Please make sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

We are unable to re-ship items returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or prolonged absence.

In such cases, all shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, and any other related costs will be borne by the customer.

If the registered shipping address does not clearly identify an individual, such as company addresses, warehouses, hotels, or forwarding services, we may refuse shipment or contact you to confirm the details before dispatch.

Please ensure that a complete and accurate personal address is provided.

Refusal of Delivery / Unpaid Import Charges

If a customer refuses to receive the package or fails to pay the required customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or customs clearance fees, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by the courier or customs authorities.

In such cases, shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, handling charges, and any other related costs will be deducted from any possible refund.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the package is not returned to us, or if additional charges exceed the refundable amount, we may be unable to provide a refund.

Final Confirmation

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the above shipping and customs conditions.

【キャンセル・返品・交換について】

1．ご注文後のキャンセルについて

ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは、原則としてお受けしておりません。

ご注文内容をよくご確認のうえ、ご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。

受注生産商品・予約商品につきましては、お客様のご注文に基づき商品をご用意するため、ご注文確定後のキャンセル・変更・返金はお受けできません。

2．お客様都合による返品について

サイズが合わない、イメージと異なる、注文を間違えたなど、お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けしておりません。

ただし、サイズ交換につきましては、以下の条件をすべて満たし、交換をご希望のサイズに在庫がある場合に限り対応いたします。

• 商品到着後5日以内にご連絡いただいていること
• 室内での試着のみで、未使用・未洗濯であること
• 商品タグ、付属品、商品パッケージがすべて揃っていること
• お客様のもとで、ニオイ、汚れ、キズなどが付着していないこと
• 当オンラインストアで購入された商品であること
• セール商品、受注生産商品ではないこと

サイズ交換は、1回のご注文につき1回までとさせていただきます。

交換に伴う返送料および交換商品の再発送送料は、お客様のご負担となります。事前のご連絡なく商品をご返送された場合は、交換をお受けできない場合がございます。

交換をご希望のサイズが欠品している場合は、在庫のある同額以上の別商品への交換も承ります。

交換後の商品代金が元の商品代金を上回る場合は、差額をお支払いいただきます。

なお、交換商品の在庫確保は、ご返送いただいた商品の到着および状態確認後となります。ご連絡をいただいた時点での在庫確保はできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

3．不良品・誤配送について

商品に初期不良がある場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後5日以内に、該当箇所の写真とオーダー番号を添えて、CONTACTフォームよりご連絡ください。

内容を確認後、返品または交換方法をご案内いたします。

不良品または誤配送と当店が判断した場合の返送料および再発送送料は、当店が負担いたします。

交換商品の在庫がない場合は、商品代金を返金いたします。

ただし、以下に該当する場合は、不良品であっても返品・交換をお受けできない場合がございます。

• 商品到着後5日を経過している商品
• 一度ご使用になった商品
• 洗濯、クリーニング、お直しをされた商品
• お客様のもとでニオイ、汚れ、キズなどが付着した商品
• 商品タグ、付属品、商品パッケージなどを紛失または破損された商品
• 当オンラインストア以外で購入された商品
• その他、当店が返品または交換をお受けすることが適当でないと判断した商品

商品の加工や素材の特性として商品ページに記載している色ムラ、穴、ダメージ、寸法差、風合いなどは、初期不良には該当しません。

4．商品の返送について

商品をご返送いただく前に、必ずオーダー番号と交換・返品理由を明記のうえ、CONTACTフォームよりご連絡ください。

当店からの案内をご確認いただいた後、指定の方法でご返送ください。

配送伝票の控えは、交換または返金の手続きが完了するまで必ず保管してください。普通郵便など、追跡番号や配送伝票の控えが残らない方法での返送はご遠慮ください。

靴箱、商品パッケージ、付属の袋やケースなども商品の一部です。商品パッケージに直接配送伝票を貼らず、別の箱や袋に入れてご返送ください。

返送時の送料

• お客様都合によるサイズ交換：お客様負担のため、元払いでご返送ください
• 初期不良・誤配送：当店からの案内に従い、着払いでご返送ください

5．返金について

返品商品が当店に到着し、商品の状態を確認した後、原則として7営業日以内に、ご注文時のお支払い方法を通じて返金手続きを行います。

クレジットカード会社や決済サービスの締め日・処理状況により、返金が反映されるまで時間がかかる場合がございます。

なお、お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けしておりません。

6．クーリング・オフについて

クーリング・オフは、訪問販売などに適用される制度です。

当オンラインストアは、お客様ご自身にアクセスいただき、ご注文いただく通信販売に該当するため、クーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。あらかじめご了承ください。
