・About pre-order items / PRE ORDER
Q: I have forgotten when my pre-ordered item will arrive. Can I check?
A: Yes, you can check your purchase history by logging in to the store and going to "Purchase History" on your My Page.
Q: When is payment due for pre-ordered items?
A: Generally, payment for pre-order items is completed at the time of purchase. However, the timing of payment may differ depending on the payment method.
- For credit card payments: Payment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Other payment methods: For details, please check the instructions displayed when using the service.
Also, please note that pre-ordered items take some time to be delivered, so please check the estimated shipping date listed on the pre-order item page.
Q: I have ordered pre-order items and regular stock items with different delivery lead times. Can you send the item with the earlier delivery date first?
A: Yes, it is possible. Additional shipping charges will be incurred, so please contact us via CONTACT and include your order number.

Q: Can I combine orders?
A: Sorry, but currently Each order will be shipped separately. If you place multiple orders, each order will be shipped separately.
Q: How do I purchase products ?

Q: Is gift wrapping available?
A: We currently do not offer gift wrapping services, but we are considering introducing this in the future.

・About delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard products will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping is only available on business days. (Shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.)
For pre-order items, please refer to the delivery date listed on the product page.
Q: Can I specify the delivery company and delivery date?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies or delivery times (Yamato Transport only).
Q: Can you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship internationally, with some exceptions. Please select your country on the checkout page. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your order.
・Returns and exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange products?
A: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for details.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. (Even if the product is defective, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the product was received.)
・About the product
Q: There is something like white powder on the pocket. Is this a defective product?
A: It is not a defective product.
This is a small amount of residue that is produced during the SP processing process, when washing with pumice stone is performed .
Don't worry, the stains will come off naturally with repeated use and washing.
