About the point membership system

Rank up every month! Rank down only once a year (in March)!
■About Membership Ranks
※After logging in, you can check your past history in "Check accumulated points" on your account page.
■Points awarded for
1 point is awarded for every 100 yen (including tax) of the product purchase price. (Amounts less than 10 yen are rounded up)
※Shipping fees, alteration fees, etc., are not eligible for point awards.
※Points will be invalidated or deducted upon cancellation or return.
■Timing of Point Awards
Points are automatically awarded once the product shipment is completed and the delivery status becomes "Delivered."
Points for pre-order items are also awarded upon shipment.
※Points are not awarded before shipment, so the expiration date of held points will not be extended.
Please note that the purchase amount for pre-order items will be reflected in the "cumulative purchase amount for member rank determination," but since points have not yet been awarded, it will not affect the extension of the expiration date.
■Point Expiration Date
Points are valid for one year from the last date points were awarded.
When new points are awarded, the expiration date of all held points will be extended collectively.
Points that have passed their expiration date will automatically expire and cannot be restored.
■Using Points
1 point = 1 yen, which can be used for purchases at this store.
To use, please enter the desired number of points on the cart page before checkout.
If an order using points is canceled, the used points will be refunded.
■Membership Rank System
1. How Ranks Are Determined
Membership ranks are determined based on the "total purchase amount over the past 12 months."
Example: Rank from March 2025 → Total purchase amount from March 2024 to February 2025
2. Rank Up
Determinations are made monthly.
If a member meets the rank-up conditions with a purchase in a certain month, the point還元 rate for the new rank will apply from the 1st of the following month.
3. Rank Down
Rank downs are determined only once a year in March.
The determination will be based on the total purchase amount for the 12 months from "March of the previous year to February of the current year."
4. New Rank Application Period
Rank Up → From the 1st of the month following the month in which the conditions were met.
Rank Down → From March 1st annually.
5. How to Check Current Rank and Progress
You can check this in "Membership Rank Details" from the icon at the bottom of the page.

DIAMOND members receive free shipping for every order.
Exclusive SALE announcements (timing varies by rank).
If you register your birthday, 2,000 points will be awarded on your birthday.
※If your birthday is not registered, no benefits will be awarded.
■Using Points with Sale Items and Discount Coupons
Points can be used for sale items. ※Points cannot be used for orders with additional discounts like "10% off when purchasing 2 or more items."
Discount coupons and held points cannot be used together.

Point award and usage conditions, membership stage criteria, and expiration dates may change without prior notice.
Additionally, point adjustments for returns/cancellations, non-transferability to third parties, and suspension of membership if fraudulent use is confirmed may occur.
