【DESIGN】

90年代のレギュラー古着と同じ雰囲気を纏わせたREMI RELIEFの新しいTシャツシリーズ。
サイズ感を今まで定番で展開していた30/-天竺より1回り大きくアップデートさせ、今におけるジャストサイズを提案しました。
また、SP加工によってコシの抜けた古着のような雰囲気を持ちながら、しっかりとした中に体に馴染む着心地を再現しています。
初めて着用した時から長年愛用していたようなこなれた雰囲気で様々なスタイリングにマッチするアイテムです。 


【PROCESSING】

SP加工とは(スペシャル加工)
1930年代から60年代後半のスウェットは主に直接染料と硫化染料が使われていました。
古着の退色する原理として考えられるのは空気中の酸素と染料を留めているアミノ酸が酸化結合して加水分解を起こし、炭素になり朽ち果てる工程だと考えられます。
REMI RELIEFのSP加工はこの自然の原理を再現して、昔ながらの直接染料を使い酸素と結合させて、ゆっくりと長時間かけて染料を退色させています。ボディもそれなりのダメージをおいますが、薬品を入れたりバイオによる生地を無理に融かしたりするような加工とは違い、古着本来の経年によるダメージにもっとも近い雰囲気で、着続けていくほどに本当の古着と見分けがつかなくなるよう自然な加工を施しています。
