【DESIGN】

The "SP processed fleece-lined zip-up hoodie / RN6003" is a classic zip-up hoodie from REMI RELIEF that has been available since the brand's inception.

This long-loved base model has been updated with a relaxed fit to suit contemporary trends.

It has a comfortable amount of room in the shoulders and body, yet maintains an exquisite balance that doesn't appear sloppy.
It's versatile enough to be worn on its own, as a set, or as an inner layer under outerwear.

The zipper, originally a Native American-style USA-made silver zip, has been changed to a more basic and versatile WALDES ZIP.

While retaining a vintage-like atmosphere, it has been finished with a simpler design that blends seamlessly with various styles.

The unique SP processing by REMI RELIEF creates a natural fading and soft texture, as if it has been worn for years.
It's a garment that looks as if it's been cherished for a long time, even when new.

This is a standard model from REMI RELIEF that continues to evolve to suit current tastes, while remaining a timeless classic.


【PROCESSING】

What is SP processing (Special Processing)?
From the 1930s to the late 1960s, direct dyes and sulfur dyes were mainly used for sweatshirts.
The principle of fading in vintage clothing is thought to be a process where oxygen in the air and amino acids holding the dye undergo oxidative coupling and hydrolysis, turning into carbon and decaying.


REMI RELIEF's SP processing recreates this natural principle by using traditional direct dyes and combining them with oxygen to slowly fade the dyes over a long period of time. While the garment does incur some damage, unlike processes that involve chemicals or forcibly melting fabric with bio-processing, this method creates an atmosphere closest to the natural damage from aging in vintage clothing, and with continued wear, it becomes indistinguishable from true vintage clothing due to its natural processing.

 

【MATERIAL】

COTTON 100%


The yarn used for the裏毛 (fleece lining) is "fallen cotton" from organic cotton grown at the Alvarez Farm in New Mexico, USA. We use a very dense and stiff fleece lining, knitted at the absolute limit of the gauge, using yarn characterized by its firmness and crispness.

Since it's unbrushed fleece, it's a fabric that's easy to wear year-round.

1. Regarding Re-shipment:

International orders are shipped primarily via DHL.
In limited cases, EMS may be used depending on the destination country or shipping conditions.

We select DHL as our main carrier to ensure faster delivery, reliable tracking, and secure handling for international shipments.
