■出荷について


1.出荷スケジュール

通常商品の出荷は、オーダー確定後 3営業日以内 に発送いたします。
出荷業務は 営業日のみ の対応です。（土日祝日は出荷業務を行いません。）

予約商品に関しは商品ページの記載納期を参照お願い致します。

2.大型連休時の対応

大型連休の際は、別途出荷スケジュールをご案内いたします。
余裕をもってご注文いただけますよう、お願いいたします。

■ご注文時のご注意点


1.注文ごとの個別発送

複数回ご注文いただいた場合、各注文ごとに発送いたします。


2.納期の異なる商品のご注文

在庫商品と予約商品の納期が異なる場合、すべての商品の発送準備が整ってからまとめて発送することがあります。


3.早い発送をご希望の場合

在庫商品や納期の早い商品をすぐに受け取りたい場合は、予約商品と別々にご注文ください。

 

■配送に関するご注意点


1.再発送について:

住所不明、長期不在などの理由による再発送はお受けできません。
この場合、往復の送料や代引き手数料などはお客様のご負担となります。


2.登録住所について

ご注文者様の登録住所が個人を特定できない場合（例: 会社や倉庫宛）、商品の発送をお断りする場合がございます。
正確な住所をご登録いただきますよう、予めご了承ください。

1. Shipping Schedule

Generally, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
We ship only on business days. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.)


2. Major holidays

We will inform you of a separate shipping schedule for major holidays.
Please place your order well in advance.

■Notes on ordering


1. Individual shipping for each order

If you place multiple orders, we will ship each order separately.


Orders for items with different delivery dates

If the delivery dates of in-stock items and pre-order items differ, they may be shipped together after all items are ready to be shipped.


3. If you request early shipment

If you wish to receive in-stock items or items with an earlier delivery date immediately, please order them separately from the pre-order items.

 

■Notes on Shipping


1. About reshipment:.

We do not accept reshipment for reasons such as an unknown address or long-term absence.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and COD charges.


2. Regarding registered addresses

If the address registered by the customer is not personally identifiable (e.g., to a company or warehouse), we may refuse to ship the product.
Please make sure to register an accurate address.
